Product Review: Initial Problems
We ordered this for our daughter (13) on Sunday and have just received it today, Tuesday. Have spent a few minutes trying to put the wheels on the wheel base. They should just slot in, but they don't. They might need to be rammed home, but I am quite small and have failed miserably to get them to stay on. Not a great start. Will see if my husband can get the wheels on later without damaging the product. Also it arrives in a huge box and feel it wouldn't be much bigger just to have it ready assembled. Not a great fan of flat-packs. OH did manage to get wheels on. Now we don't seem to have the washers and screws. TBC ..... Well, after searching both boxes and taking bits of wrapping back out of the bin (yuk!) to check for screws and washers, they were finally found - in the screw holes!! Never had that in flat pack before and surprisingly easy to miss! Will leave star rating at four for the above reasons, but my daughter is delighted with her chair which goes well with her...
