Product Review: Great chair, slight niggle about the armrests.
A few months ago I thought it best to get a good desk chair, seeing as though I spend so much time in it, and especially as my last generic office chair was leaning to one side and giving me back pain. I wish I'd bothered to upgrade my chair sooner, to be honest, as I've yet to experience any discomfort from the Mirra.
It fits the contours of your back very nicely (great lumbar support!), and the adjustable strength of the recliner makes it easy to have it set just on the threshold of reclining when you relax, for comfortable support. It's reassuringly heavy too!
But my main problem with the chair is its armrests. Their angle is supposed to be adjustable quickly and easily -- which they indeed are -- but perhaps a little too much so! I keep on finding myself knocking the angle of the armrests in or out, and have learnt not to grab the chair by its arm as it'll inevitably get knocked out of alignment. I wish there was a way to tighten them up as I seldom need to...
