Product Review: Very Pleased with Chair
Very comfortable and supportive chair. Quite firm cushion and backrest with very good lumbar support. Looked easy to assemble although Cupaz had kindly already assembled it for (very prompt*) delivery. In fact I did have to take arms and back off again to get it into my cellar/office but no problems, just had to remove and replace 8 very sturdy allan key bolts. Actually I would describe it as Ivory rather than Cream but I prefer Ivory in any event. Very good looking and stylish chair. Headrest is really at head height which is the main reason I choose this chair. This is a really high back chair. Not a chair with a headrest that is really a neck rest.
*Cupaz communicated to arrange delivery window at my convenience (Tuesday 9am to 12am) and delivery was at 9.05am by their own truck and driver who was very helpful and clearly familiar with the chair. Nice people to do business with.
