Sherpa Cotton Floor Mat - the natural and ecological solution for trapping dirt, mud and wet before it enters your home or office.

Each quality mat comes with an ultra absorbent soft cotton pile that is specially designed to get deep into the crevices of shoes and is able to absorb up to 3.7 litres of dirt and wet - making it a No. 1 solution for home, garden and office use. Sherpa Mats can be easily cleaned with a hoover and are machine washable at 30°C. They are also equipped with a non-slip backing that will stop the mat from moving or slipping when in use.

Product Review: The wonder product: a clever solution, practical, long-lasting, washable
These floor mats are incredibly useful and in every way excellent, perfect for any environment with a lot of foot traffic in and out of a building.

Described by the manufacturer as "the natural and ecological solution for trapping dirt, mud and wet before it enters your home or office," the mat is a combination of two materials:

* A rubber base, to offer a non-slip contact with any hard floor surface (natural wood, laminate, stone, tile, lino) and 100% waterproof

* An absorbent cotton pile which takes all the water and mud out of shoes and (depending on the size of the mat) has a capacity to absorb and contain several litres of water

The cotton pile ends about 3cm inside the rubber part, so the rubber edging is always visible.

The great thing is that when they become dirty, you can just put them into the washing machine at 30 degrees C and hey presto - they're clean as new again.
