Prices and order placement

· All products are nett delivered price and exclude VAT

· Orders placed by 5pm will be delivered within 24 hours (subject to stock and postcode)

· Specific delivery dates can be offered if required - mobile contact number is preferable with this option

· Orders are NOT booked in but will be despatched within 24 hours unless we inform you of a stock issue

· You will be contacted if an order has an out of stock item and offered an alternative. All orders with out of stock items will be booked in with your customer

Delivery

· Deliveries are to door and may be palletised - we will endeavour to handball orders at residential addresses

· Orders may be delivered between 9.00am and 5.30pm



· Furniture / mixed orders

Deliveries that fail due to customer being unavailable are subject to a minimum redelivery charge of £42.50 per order

· Refused / cancelled orders will be subject to a handling charge price will be issued upon request once despatched from Flatpackoffice

(These charges are to cover the transport costs incurred)

Damages
