The MT40 safe is a small high quality, anti-theft, security safe. This safe is tested to the UK insurance standard of EN14450 & EN1300 Lock Compliant (S2) giving this safe a recommended £4000 cash rating or £40,000 for valuables/jewellery. It is constructed with a 6mm steel plate on the door, and the body is double-walled using 3mm steel plate on the exterior walls and 2mm steel plate on the interior walls. The door is 40mm thick in total. The lock on this safe is a double bitted key lock with an anti-drill lock protection tank made of manganese steel

Product Review: Nice product
A very substantial product. It had a minor problem and the company replaced it very quickly. I would have liked some instruction about the hole size and depth for the fixing bolts as I had not seen this type before.
