Product Review: A story of scratches and dents with a happy ending
I had to return this filing cabinet, it was badly scratched and dented in a number of places. What was disappointing was that the damage had been covered up by packaging which was not damaged, so the shipper must have known.
The return process was excellent and a replacement cabinet was fine but as I am reviewing the over-all experience it gets a 2 star.
Bisley filing cabinets are industry standard and do exactly what they are designed for. This colour scheme is less austere and blends well into the new décor.
