• This beautiful hand waxed 3'x5ft bookcase has two adjustable shelves and is handcrafted here in our own Yorkshire workshops using only first grade slow-grown Swedish pine. Despite it's special low introductionary price this is not a flat pack and no home assembly is required here- even the cabinet backs are built using solid tongue & groove timber. All our bookcase are expertly polished & buffed to a glowing shine by our trained polishers and available in our Antique pine blend as pictured or any of our other colours as shown.
• DELIVERY: PLEASE ALLOW 30 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY we use our own double crewed van for all our deliveries & cover most of the UK mainland, offering a virtual white glove service to the room of your choice for less the price of a pallet to the roadside & half the price of our competitors, on a like for like basis. Of course it may take slightly longer to do everything ourselves this way but we've found it to be the by far the most professional & reliable solution to our transport needs so please be patient with us. We'd much rather get everything right for you- more haste, less speed as the saying goes. We generally book delivery appointments around two to four weeks in advance whilst your order is still on our benches. We also phone ahead on the day when we around 30 minutes away, & do everything we can to adapt our arrangements to suit your needs. Product Review: Excellent Quality and Easy to Build
I have worked from home for the last two years but missed my comfortable office desk - instead having to put up with a tiny desk that resembled something a child would use. I searched high and low for a suitable desk but was put off by the high delivery prices to my home - you see I live on a Scottish island and delivery prices can be extortionate. I finally found the desk I wanted on Amazon and was delighted with the free delivery. Despite the horrendous weather across Scotland, the desk arrived 2 days early. It was simple to construct and have been using it for the last 2 days for my work.

Product Review: Product great - Delivery awful!!
It's hard to get excited about a shelving unit.

The product I have no issue with, as long as you have the tools to put it together. But over all serves a purpose.

The main issue I had was the delivery of the item, it took almost 2 weeks and the delivery service where less than helpful. Chasing up the item I was expected to use a premium rate number. I suggest calling the company that sell the item as they where more than helpful and even called back to let me know the delivery time and date. Although the delivery company literally rang when outside the building claiming they couldn't find it.

Such a palaver for a shelving unit, in the end I wished I had paid a little extra and picked one up form argos!
